7gamewin reserves the right to require KYC verification at any time, including at the point of registration, prior to processing any withdrawal, or at any point during account activity. KYC verification requires submission of a valid, government-issued Philippine identification document (such as PhilSys ID, UMID, Driver's License, or Passport) and may require supporting documentation establishing proof of address or payment method ownership.
Each Player is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on the 7gamewin platform. The creation of multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and permanent forfeiture of all balances, including any winnings.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your 7gamewin account credentials, including your login identifier, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login credentials with any third party, nor permit any other person to access your account on your behalf.
Any activity conducted through your account — including wagers placed, deposits made, withdrawals requested, and bonuses claimed — will be treated as having been conducted by you personally, regardless of whether such activity was authorized by you. 7gamewin bears no responsibility for losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account caused by your failure to maintain credential security.
If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must notify 7gamewin immediately by contacting customer support. Upon notification, 7gamewin will take reasonable steps to secure the account pending investigation. You are advised to enable two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account as an additional security measure.
Security Reminder: 7gamewin will never ask you to provide your full password via email, SMS, or live chat. If you receive any communication purportedly from 7gamewin requesting your full password, treat it as unauthorized and report it immediately.
All deposits on the 7gamewin platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 per transaction. 7gamewin does not currently impose a maximum single deposit limit, though individual payment method providers may apply their own transaction limits.
Accepted deposit methods include GCash, PayMaya, BPI Online, BDO Online Banking, and Metrobank direct bank transfer. All deposit methods must be registered in your own name — you may not fund your 7gamewin account using a payment method belonging to another person. Deposits made using third-party payment accounts are prohibited and may result in account suspension and forfeiture of funds.
GCash and PayMaya deposits are processed in real time. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one (1) Philippine business day to reflect in your account balance. 7gamewin does not charge deposit processing fees; however, your payment provider may impose its own transaction charges, for which 7gamewin bears no responsibility.
7gamewin reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify the source of funds deposited into any account. Players may be required to provide bank statements, GCash transaction records, or other documentation as part of ongoing compliance with anti-money laundering (AML) requirements applicable to online gaming platforms in the Philippines.
Important: Never deposit funds into your 7gamewin account that you cannot afford to lose. Casino gaming and sports betting involve financial risk. Once funds are deposited and used in gameplay, they cannot be reversed or refunded on the grounds that you changed your mind about wagering.
Players may request a withdrawal of real money funds from their 7gamewin account at any time, provided that: (a) their account KYC verification is complete; (b) there are no pending bonus wagering requirements applicable to the funds; (c) the account is in good standing with no active investigation or suspension; and (d) the requested amount meets the minimum withdrawal threshold of ₱200.
Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to method availability. GCash withdrawals for verified accounts are typically processed within fifteen (15) minutes of approval. Bank transfers to BPI, BDO, and Metrobank are processed within one (1) Philippine business day for withdrawal requests received before 3:00 PM PHT. Requests received after 3:00 PM PHT or on weekends and Philippine public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
7gamewin reserves the right to conduct additional identity verification or source-of-funds checks prior to processing any withdrawal. In such cases, processing timelines will be extended until verification is satisfactorily completed. 7gamewin will notify the Player of any such requirement within twenty-four (24) hours of the withdrawal request being submitted.
Bonus funds and winnings generated from bonus funds are subject to applicable wagering requirements and withdrawal caps as specified in the relevant promotion terms. Funds subject to active wagering requirements are not eligible for withdrawal until those requirements are fully met.
7gamewin may, at its discretion, offer various promotional bonuses to registered Players, including but not limited to welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards. All games available on the 7gamewin platform — including slot games, live dealer casino games, table games, bingo, and sports betting — are governed by the specific rules applicable to each game or product category. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the applicable rules before participating.
Non-live casino games (slots, RNG table games, bingo RNG) use certified Random Number Generator software that has been independently audited to ensure fairness and unpredictability of outcomes. Live dealer games are conducted by trained human dealers in a professional studio environment. Age Verification: 7gamewin strictly enforces the 21+ age requirement in compliance with PAGCOR regulations. Age verification is conducted during the KYC process. Any account found to belong to a person under 21 years of age will be immediately terminated and all deposits returned to the verified payment source, with winnings forfeited.
7gamewin reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances: suspected breach of these Terms; suspected fraudulent activity; receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute; failure to complete KYC verification within a specified period; account inactivity exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months; or any other reason 7gamewin reasonably considers necessary to protect the integrity of the platform or comply with applicable regulatory obligations.
In the event of account closure due to a breach of these Terms, 7gamewin reserves the right to forfeit any remaining balance, including real money funds and bonus funds, where permitted by applicable law and in proportion to the severity of the breach. Where account closure occurs for reasons other than a breach — such as inactivity or regulatory compliance — the balance will be returned to the Player following satisfactory identity verification.
A Player may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting 7gamewin customer support. Upon closure, any real money balance will be returned via the Player's verified payment method within five (5) Philippine business days, subject to pending bonus wagering requirements being either completed or forfeited at the Player's election.
Accounts that have been inactive for a period exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as dormant. 7gamewin may apply a dormancy administration fee of ₱200 per month to dormant account balances, once the Player has been notified of the account's dormant status by email. The fee will not cause the account balance to fall below zero.
All content on the 7gamewin platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, software, game interfaces, graphics, text, promotional materials, and all other proprietary elements — is the exclusive intellectual property of 7gamewin or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial recreational gaming purposes only. This licence does not extend to: reproducing, copying, distributing, or publicly displaying any platform content; reverse-engineering or decompiling any platform software; scraping or data-mining the platform; or using any platform content for commercial purposes without the express written consent of 7gamewin.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 7gamewin's total liability to you in connection with any claim arising under or in relation to these Terms or your use of the platform — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
7gamewin shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive losses or damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of opportunity, or any other economic loss, whether or not such loss was foreseeable or 7gamewin had been advised of the possibility of such loss.
7gamewin does not warrant that the platform will be available at all times, free from errors or interruptions, or that it will meet your specific requirements. Platform access may be interrupted due to scheduled maintenance, technical failures, or circumstances beyond 7gamewin's reasonable control, including but not limited to telecommunications failures, natural disasters, or government-mandated actions.
Your use of the 7gamewin platform involves the collection, storage, and processing of personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By accepting these Terms, you also acknowledge and consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference.
7gamewin collects personal data for the purposes of account management, KYC compliance, payment processing, fraud prevention, responsible gaming compliance, customer support, and service improvement. Your data will not be sold to third parties. It may be shared with regulated service providers, payment processors, and regulatory authorities where required by law.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) calendar days of being formally raised, either party may escalate the matter to formal dispute resolution proceedings.
You agree that any formal legal proceedings arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. Nothing in this clause limits 7gamewin's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any jurisdiction.
7gamewin reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, 7gamewin will provide notice to registered Players via email to the address on file and/or via a prominent notice on the platform, no fewer than fourteen (14) calendar days prior to the changes taking effect.
Your continued use of the 7gamewin platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
